Getting Started as an Agent or Landlord
RentRequests is different from other rental platforms. Instead of listing your properties, you browse renter requirements and contact the ones you like. It's faster, cheaper, and more efficient.

How to Browse & Reveal Renter Contacts (3 minutes)

Go to 'Browse Requests'
From your agent dashboard, click 'Browse Requests' to see all active renter requirements.

Filter to Find Your Matches
Filter by location, budget, bedrooms, property type, and move-in date. Example: London, £1,000–1,500, 2 bedrooms, flats, ASAP.

Review Renter Requirements
Open a requirement to see budget, property type, location preference, move-in date, and special requirements.

Decide if it's a match
Got a property for them? Reveal contact. If not, skip to the next match.

Reveal Contact Details
Click 'Reveal Contact Details', confirm, and see the renter's name, email, and phone. (New agents start with free tokens.)

Message Them
Email them or use in-app messaging. Be clear about the property, price, and viewing times.

Follow Up
If they haven't replied in 3 days, send one polite follow-up — then move on. Speed wins: message within 2 hours of posting if you can.

1 token = 1 renter contact reveal (name, email, phone).

No. They see a view count but not who. They learn your details when you message them.

No. You browse renter requirements and reach out to the ones that match your stock, which is faster and cheaper than traditional listing.
What's the difference between Professional and tokens?
Tokens are pay-per-reveal (£0.80 each), good for occasional users. Professional is £100/month for unlimited reveals — best for active agents.
Can I cancel Professional anytime?
Yes, no penalties. Go to Billing → Cancel.
Are there hidden fees?
No. Pricing is transparent — what you see is what you pay.
What if I have a problem with a renter?
Report them. Click the report button and explain the issue. We investigate every report.
